街中のホテルに比べると少々遠いが、ベランダからイエナバレーが一望できて、快適。Goschwitz地域の会社にも近い（ただし徒歩は難しそう？）。街の中心からはWinzela行きのバスの終点で降りてから、３００ｍで着く。荷物がある場合はタクシー。部屋は十分な広さで、アメリカ風。ワイヤレスネットも使いやすい。食堂は、簡素で、入りやすい。メニューは少なかったが、短期の滞在には十分で、地元料理もあった。夜は、大型スクリーンでサッカーをやっている。部屋には、歯磨き、ひげそりはない。チップを置いておいたが、とらなかった。
