Location is excellent and the room was comfortable and clean.
Check-in was complicated, did not accept debit card USA, and bankpas NL was instantly charged for much more than the actual charges. Overage was paid back in euro's upon check-out. But we did not want cash euro's while flying out of Holland that day back to USA. Check in clerk should have informed us better and we would have used creditcards to secure. Not pleasant. Breakfast is ridiciously priced!

The staff was very friendly and obliging
The drive through the port of IJmuiden was less. By bike you through dunes and along the western and southern bikes at IJmuiden. Only the bicycle path at the barriers of IJmuiden towards the parking lot is not specified.

There were many failures and shortcomings. Bla. was the refrigerator locked and this was not addressed. phone did not work. The walls were ramponerede.Buksepresseren was itu.Balkonen shit to the seagull shit. Payable citytax. Breakfast was very minimal.

The Holiday Inn Seaport beach hotel Ijmuiden has a perfect location right at the beach. Rooms are ok. Bit outdated but its a nice hotel. Breakfast is very good. What a wonderful beach

Great room (suite) with open fire, 2 flat screens and big jacuzzi. Breakfast is perfect and also dinners are very good.
