Very friendly and helpful staff. We had to complain about noise in the room but we were moved to another room albeit in the early hours of the morning. We met with duty manager in the morning and bill had already been discounted. It was the cancelled completely after a short discussion. Breakfast was very good with every possible choice and combination available.
Do not accept rooms at the end of the corridor - we were in room 234.

Excellent location, central yet apart.
Wedding reception party were extremely noisy, celebrating outside on the patio due to the hot weather, and I had to ring reception after midnight to ask them to move inside because we were kept awake. Rception should have done this as a matter of course.

The restaurant staff were vey good especially at breakfast
I was dissapointwd I thought I had booked a queen room but was given
twin beds also the bar fridge was not working

Friendly and fun staff
Meal and drink prices. I know they have to make a living but frankly the meals were'nt great and certainly NOT good value. Way too expensive.

Excellent cental location in the heart of the city. Clean, comfortable and
friendly. The staff were efficient and friendly, responded to enquiries quickly and resolved a minor problem immediately. I would stay there again
Breakfast and bar prices expensive, but lots of cheaper alternatives in the area.

Very friendly, polite staff. Service efficient and personal. The location is perfect for the centre of Hull, with shopping and a nice 'Ask' restaurant just over the road.
The drinks in the bar were over-priced and a Bloody Mary was not expertly mixed, which it should have been to be value for money.

It was open over Xmas and staff were friendly and helpful.
Nothing major or that would prevent me from booking again.
