The hotel is comfortable,always clean on a daily basis but the location was a bit far from the underground,all in all the hotel was lovely.

Location is ideal for work the following day and i would probably stay again if only for this reason. The only real downside was the shower in the room which was very poor, no power and the water flow was very low.

Overall the Master Robert Hotel was OK. I stayed there because it was convenient to Heathrow and the business office I was visiting. I would stay there again for those reasons. The meals were very nice.

Excellent all round service, friendly, excellent food,comfortable,clean,convenient location for trains, buses with easy access into the city and surrounding areas especially good for shopping. Close enough for Heathrow airport. Have visited the "Master Robert Hotel" previously and will always go back there when visiting London for leisure breaks and business.
