The convenience of being right there at the airport

I couldn't find a light switch inside the door or in the bathroom.

Helpful staff

Poor restaurant choices. No aircon in a stuffy room with no windows to open. Dirty tiles in bathroom and cracked bathroom basin. Not worth the given star rating.

The woman who checked us in was extremely courteous and efficient. She made us feel welcome.

Room service was very very slow and couldn't provide any of the red wines listed on the menu. We had to finally call customer service to get someone on the line from room service. Bill provided when room service finally delivered included 12.5% service charge,a tray charge of 5 pds and a section for a tip. Tip; really, whats the service charge if not a tip?

The hotel was a mere walk across the bridge that was covered to Terminal Four. There is a tube station in the terminal that runs until midnight and makes it very convienent for those late evenings in the city and it takes about 45 minutes from Victoria station after changing to Picadilly Line- The Staff are most helpful- I checked in at 11, only to leave my luggage because I had tours planned that day and they were fast and efficent. I had purchased a package to include breakfast and it was more than I ever expected- Every hot item you can imagine for breakfast with a delightful selection of omelets and ingredients cooked by a fabulous chef right before you if you wish to watch! Lovely day to end a vacation on.

I was charged an extra 122 after my stay- I did have the bottle water in the room but that is a bit extravagant for that dont you think? I would check the charges prior to leaving for a complete explanation-

Peace and quiet. Convenience of position.

Its proximity to terminal 4.

Expensive for just a few hours' sleep before taking a flight back home!

At dinner time WAS NOT TOO MUCH CHOICE FOR OUR DAUGHTER IS ALLERGIC TO EGGS.
