Should have a courtesy shuttle to the airport, not rely on public transportation at 5 pounds per person.

The hotel was close to thr under ground and we had a good view of the aircrafts landing much to the delight of my grandson.
There was a bit of a language barrier with dome of the staff but they were all very nice.

The staff were courteous and attentive. My daughter and I arrived around 8am. We were told check-in is at 2pm. So we ask for our luggage to be kept in the store while we meet our friend in east dulwich. The staff obligingly showed us the storeroom and we kept our things there until we return at 4pm with everything intact. The shuttle service to heathrow was very prompt and driver kind and helpful.the shower,the bed,cupboard,tv all in good condition.
The wi-fi rate is quite steep. what with the ringgit/pound exchange rate. most hotels in malaysia provides free wi-fi.
