I use this hotel whenever I am flying out of Heathrow and have never had a poor experience. I arrived at the hotel quite late but at usual, the staff were verey pleasant and even upgraded my room.
No negative comments regarding my stay.

Very comfortable room. Nice restaurant and very easy check-in and out.
Charging patrons for parking is ridiculous.

Perfect for an over night stay at Heathrow. No complaints, excellent rate and friendly staff. Did not eat there so cannot comment on the quality of their food.

Convenient to LHR and in particular with the shuttle service provided
Poor quality fitments in the bathroom which will probably need replacing sooner rather than later.
