Airport Inn Gatwick

Our stay overall was excellent. We found the bus to and from the airport was excellent as was the driver The breakfeast was very good. Nice atmosphere and the staff were very pleasent We would be happy to stay with you again

Excellent stay, no criticism at all

Pillows very hard & uncomfortable. Air conditioning in room didn´t work so room really quite hot & stuffy.

Very comfortable beds, clean rooms and bathrooms, but the room was very hot.

Very good. Very comfortable, very clean. The only "but": you can not walk to the airport there. Despite being relatively close, only to taxi. What cost me £ 9.5 per three minutes away. When you next need to go back to this hotel!

The value for accomodation was excellant. The value for food was not. The prices were excessive in the lounge especially with no table service. Check in was a hassle with one staff member handling incoming phones and check in duties. Why the info I provided on the internet wasn't automatically entered was annoying & led to time wasting. Many north americans do not as yet have encrypted credit cards.

I was only there for one night, arriving late on a flight from Spain, the reception handled my check in very efficiently and I was in bed in under half an hour. Same at check out. The breakfast was good and efficient too.
