The accommodations were fine. Not knowing the relative location, we had hope to be nearer to the airport so we could hop on a train to the city for the evening.

The friendly and informative staff on check, nothing was a problem to them.
Room service,there was a slight problem with conveying information to the kitchen staff, i believe the phone may have been problomatic or there may have been a language problem, other wise speed of service and friendliness was good.

Quite a nice hotel for one night waiting for your plane. The kitchen was a hotel a bit below par. The rooms are clean and smoke.

Friendly staff at the reception. I just came in, went to bed and left the building at 6.30 So I was not able to enjoy more of your hospitality.

The rooms are great - clean, nice and comfortable. The service level is very high. The shuttel service to the airport is perfect. You can take the shuttle and from the airport you can take the train to Amsterdam Centraal.

The only thing I was dissapointed ist the price for brekfast. (20 EUR is too much)
