Fletcher Hotel - Restaurant De Klepperman

Worth repeating. The dinner in the restaurant and hospitality were entirely satisfactory. The only minor blemish was the long wait for the coffee and tea at breakfast on the day with the departure.

The hotel provides imprecise information about opening the facilities and check out. Very strange example that the sauna after 18.00 is accessible to everyone, this just for people with a certain package (?). This had one or more may apply! The confirmation was given that check out was at 12pm, which turned out to be at 11 am. The room was a smoking room without being asked to be (despite smoking ban). This was the hotel staff have an appropriate solution. Furthermore, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom to have, when I saw the reception this reminded I was a toilet roll in his hand (lady because there were too busy to someone above or switch own toilet roll into the room to bring). This I have never seen a four star hotel! Bed and Breakfast have been fine. Location was very much against, in a residential district.
