Friendly and helpful staff.
Uncommon much noise from the kitchen's ventilation system, which was just outside our room, which therefore also had a lousy view. The price of breakfast was 50% higher than stated on the web page.

During our stay (Saturday, April 2) we have at night a lot of noise and nuisance experienced by a couple who was quarreling with much shouting. There is even the police to come only because the woman is beaten by her husband. We have the whole night not close an eye gedaan.Uiteraard the hotel can not handle that, but when we have this in the morning at the reception have been reported, I expect we would get breakfast offered as compensation. We left without breakfast, found the price of breakfast is too high (15 euros per person).

Kindness and professionalism of staff.
We have not loved the comfort. * On the doors of the rooms there is a slot-a few centimeters, resulting in no privacy. Noise. The morning we were awakened by the noise of the shower neighbors. Lack of tea. No fridge. Absence of, for example, a bottle of mineral water. Room view on a building located 3 meters from the window.

Friendly, convenient. Nice breakfast, comfortable dining room.
Bar staff were somewhat distracted, seemingly having too much to do, maybe not enough staff on duty on the time I used the bar.

Nice exterior and location, reasonable value for money. good food even if main dish was not warm because it probably had been left standing too long
Cheap looking interior of the room, self made cupboards (ikea cupboards look posh in comparison). Room we had may have been relatively cheap but did definitely not belong to a 4 star hotel. Poor restaurant service resulting in food being served lukewarm or cold.
