The Marin Dream is an excellent hotel all round. It is in a good location by the Venetian Harbour, the rooms are of a high standard and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Manager remembered us from our stay the previous year. Lovely room, pleasant staff, good breakfast.

The breakfast was good. Overall, I was happy with the Marin Dream Hotel.
2 points: 1) a capuccino at breakfast for €4 -> Too expensive and strange to pay it cash, as the rest of the breakfast was included in the bill. 2) I had ordered a breakfast in my room. This breakfast was served downstairs in the lobby instead and it wasn't fresh. That was a great disappointment, especially because the breakfast the day before had been so good.

I arrived by ferry at 7 am, but the room was only available at 15 hours, the morning was very unpleasant in Heraklion

A pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was excellent. A very good selection.
A bulb had gone in the bathroom which was not replaced during our stay. This made the shower very dark.
