It was obviously a high class hotel which eased the tension of a long flight by providing a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The meals were good, the bedrooms extremely comfortable and the staff very helpful.
Lack of parking space.
Also it should be made clear that there are TWO Sheraton Hotels near to each other. Several people were caught out going to the other one first. It was frustrating, after difficulty finding a parking space, that we were at the wrong one. Perhaps this could be made clear in your advertising.

Convenient
Yes my first room smelled if cigarette smoke. They moved me and the new one smelled also.
Both were "non-smoking " rooms.

早餐又貴又難吃。房間走道、門口很凌亂，食物的盤子隨便亂放沒人收，走廊地毯感覺灰塵很多，並且發黑。隱瞞客人有免費機場接駁公車、感覺不老實。

It was very convenient.
Taxis from Heathrow have become more and more ignorant/aggressive in recent years. They seem to only want long fares into central London and are downright rude to people only wanting a local trip.
How can arriving passengers WITHOUT local currency get directed and acquire a ticket for the HOP-A-BUS or alternately have hotel shuttles or a way of charging it to the hotel bill.

Convenience to the airport
The food in the sports bar restaurant was of very poor quality
More like a transport cafe from the 1960s than a starwood hotel
i would recomend the hotel to sleep but not to eat
