The rooms had been updated since we last stayed. Although you are very close to Heathrow you cannot hear the planes inside the hotel. Good buffet breakfast. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

Everything, to be honest. I was pleasantly surprised. Great atmosphere, staff couldnt do enough for me. Restaurant was great and I ate by myself but was given a great table as I was by myself. Room perfect. Bus stopped right out the door to take me to Heathrow the following morning. Highly recommend

Room prices were reasonable; beds were very comfortable; bathroom facilities excellent with good water pressure in showers... A good place to rest and refresh between two long haul flights!
Restaurant meals were very tasty, but overpriced.

The ease of access to the airport with the regular hoppa bus service stopping and picking up right outside.
