The beautiful settings - we would like to return to enjoy the facilities. (This visit we stayed over night as we attended a wedding locally).
As you have asked, and because a good shower is important to us, the shower in the room we were assigned was probably the worst we have ever seen. The shower was so poor that we had to take it off it's hook and hold it over ourslves otherwise we would have flooded the bathroom. Our friends who stayed in another room had a fantastic shower/bath facility. Didn't seem fair. We were assigned to the Milton Room

The location is wonderful and all of the staff were efficient, helpful and very pleasant.
The room was fine, except for the bathroom which was perfectly clean but rather 'tired' in appearance. There was a lot of paint peeling off from both the skirting boards and the ceiling and the glass shelf that should have been over the handbasin was missing, despite the brackets still being in place. The hot and cold indicators on the taps were missing which all contributed to a very tatty appearance.

Enjoyable stay with very good spa facilities. Service was a bit on the slow side but we were not in a particular rush.
