No AC /or fan/ in the room, internet was expensive and charged additionally

I forgot an external disk in the room and only realised it at the airport. The hotel provided a good service by having it delivered to me in Switzerland by the next day, what I did not like was the price charged which was over 100 Euros while the invoice of the transport company was for 51 Euros. Why this extra charge, it makes no sense.

Service was really good. Food and beverage was also perfect, specially restaurant.
There weren't drinks in my room. I don't know exactly why, I had to wake up during the night to buy a bottle of water in the bar. I think that a hotel with this level has to supply the fridge.
