The only thing impressed us was the view as we were on the front and the cleanliness.
Yes, in fact our opinion is that we don't rate this hotel as 4 star lower than that for sure , our room was so small that even for 1 person it is small. the tv wasn't working and they changed us the room but stillwe were not satisfied, also no welcome drink and no porter to carry the luggage and even the main course ( dinner buffet ) we rate it poor.

- hotel has very good location
- cleaning staff was very nice and discrete
- daily fire alarm test was quite annoying
- lift to the roof terace was not working and it was bit disturbing to walk to the other lift through full restaurant

We liked the hotel, food was very good.The only thing that wasn,t OK was that we had agreed upon a transfer taxi for 20 Euro. It worked at arrival but on departure we were charged 30 Euro!
Nice, clean well situated. Nice fitness facilities and poolside.

Location, cleanliness, overall appearance
Air conditioner was running, but not working correctly - not cooling. Management came and got it working, but were not too concerned about whether it actually cooled or not.
