Staff very helpful, very good location, easy access into town.
Room cluttered because of child cot in room which wasn't needed. Unfortunately our room was amongst a bus load of young boys, who enjoyed knocking on the door and running away. Dated decor.

Net up with family at thorpe park. great day.
One problem- the sat nav does not bring you to hotel we had to get somebody from reception to guide us in . we had a great stay.

Stayed overnight after a wedding there. Staff all very friendly, polite and helpful. Only problem was at breakfast my so who we'd also booked a room for was given a bill for the meal. I'd paid in full when I booked for two rooms including breakfast. All was sorted out eventually but it caused a little upset.

We really enjoyed the stay. Very clean and comfortable we were very pleasantly surprised. Thankyou

It was all of the above plus close to our location we were going to a wedding reception.
