Just about everything. Staff very helpful. Great breakfast. Easy to reach all the sights on foot. We had a quiet room overlooking the courtyard. Enjoyed the carillon from the nearby belfry (which was silent at night thankfully).

Lovely hotel, right in the centre of Ghent - best location and good value for money
The parking was a problem - when we drove into the car park there proved to be no spaces, and then we had a problem getting out again - very tight for a big car!! We had a difficult drive to find another car park in a hotel nearby - not the best at the end of a long day - it would be better if you could book parking in advance

Ruime schone kamer in het centrum van Gent
Parkeerfaciliteit, eigen parkeergarage was reeds vol maar voor de eigen parkeergarage moet OOK betaald worden!!!!!!

Spacious and comfortable room. The lack of a sofa as advertised was not a significant problem because we were out of the room most of the time. Superb location.
I didn't like the wake up call procedures on Sunday morning. The whistling housekeeper knocked on the door around 9:30 with the call 'still sleeping?'. About 40 mins later another housekeeping staff member came along to check whether we had used the mini bar. Certainly not a relaxing start to the day. But I assume this is standard procedures because reception didn't have anything to say when this was explicitly raised at check out. Not the start that I want after enjoying Ghent the night before.
