Proximity to the city center, where the ability to do everything on foot.

This is not the fault of the hotel, but there is significant work at the main entrance, my GPS was heated.

I have stayed a few times at the novotel,it is ideally situated for the town centre and is still a very reasonable hotel to stay. The hotel still has for me, a very relaxing atmosphere and a very satisfactory standard of quality and service.

In the past when I have stayed at the novotel,I have been pleasantly surprised as to the activities that have been available even right outside the front doors, such as the time I arrived there at 5.30pm, went out at 9pm, came back to the hotel at 12.30am,to find in ice rink had been put up outside the front doors on the square,I was amazed just how quickly this had been erected and the amusement we had for the next 3 hours was something to remember. Unfortunately this has changed somewhat now,the whole area outside the hotel is under a major refurbishment,it was like a scene from the twin towers, on 9/11. It completely spoilt the whole stay. Also the costs of virtually everything that you want, coffee, beer, food etc, has gone through the roof,it is no longer a place that is reasonable to go visit,it is by far too expensive for the everyday things that you would buy whilst visiting like we were.as like the cost of the continental breakfast on offer in the hotel,at a cost of 20 euros per person. Far too expensive for what was on offer,but just an example of how expensive the cost of things are there today.Having said all that,I would still reccomend this hotel, as for, the times I have previously stayed there, have more than enough good memories for me to want to go back myself, I would just have to take more money next time.

This hotel is old, he clearly needs to be redone, the standard does not correspond at all to other novotel.

The excellent location

I found it particularly disturbing that there is nothing much to do that breakfast is not included in the price. I've really done effort, also the site of novotel yourself go. Because I could not find anything about this, I assumed it was included, which ultimately was not the case. The choice of the hotel is partly determined by the price. it would not be being hidden charges at the time that I commit to a choice.

Very good location, delicious and rich breakfast, spacious and clean rooms. Very friendly staff.

9 parking was not available during our visit because of work. Novotel parking lot was full. Just need to find alternatives. Parking 1 and 7 are closest to the Novotel.

Nice breakfast, nice lighting

We were in the company of my brother and his disabled wife (leg prosthesis). there are things we noticed that certainly deserve improvement. Their room was lovely and spacious bathrooms usable by a wheelchair. However, the room was very far away from the elevator. By booking was not possible to reserve a place in the parking lot! and they were on arrival in the rain, forced away from the hotel to park in garage. This beautiful room had ever booked when parking is not regulated.! Furthermore they have not been instructed in case of fire. From experience I have seen for a disabled or very difficult on the third floor without elevator to use. I believe that a hotel with so many Worldwide experience these problems should offer a solution A. Swinkels_Franken

Our room (nr.103) was nice but did not smell fresh! There was a strong urine odor. Too bad!

Yes, forget the charger connector, my computer, on Tuesday afternoon, alerted by mail and inform me over the phone and the only response I've received so far is that the person who is responsible for "lost and found" is out of the hotel that when I return I will give an answer. That is amazing and shows very little interest from customers.

Cheerful and helpful staff, great central location, mainly to gentsefeesten to celebrate! A delicious breakfast, good bed, a pool to cool off and no noise at night ... what more can one ask?!
