De ligging die heel centraal was
Kamer erg klein. Twee eenspersoonsbedden die naast elkaar waren geschoven. De badkamer was goed maar veel te weinig toiletgerief en handdoeken. Prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding was vrij duur, zeker met de extra stadstaks van 5€ (waaraan jullie weinig kunnen doen natuurlijk). Een dekbed bij warme temperaturen is ook niet tof. Een bovenlaken zou wel leuk geweest zijn. Ook een ontbijt voor 14€ per persoon lijkt me vrij duur.

Dichtbij het centrum van Gent
Het hotel was netjes
Goed verzorgd ontbijt
Vriendelijk personeel
Gehorigheid van de kamers,
we sliepen in ene kamer met een deur naar andere kamer,
hierdoor hoorden we de buren erg duidelijk.
En 's nachts waren mensen op de gang aan het praten,
dit hoorden we ook erg goed en was erg vervelend.

Het onthaal en de ligging van hotel is prima, zoals vroeger ook al tevreden over het verblijf
Was kamer op 1e verdieping met zicht op binnendak
het lawaai van de airco en of verwarmingstoestellen op het dak, is op deze verdieping wel storend 's nachts
anders alles ok
