Das Personal war auch wie in den vergangenen Jahren wieder sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet vielseitig und lecker. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.
Das Eckzimmer am Ende des Flurs, das eine Freundin bekommen hatte, war doch recht klein.

Toch wel wat gebrek aan enthousiasme bij het personeel, zowel bij de onthaalbalie als in de bar

Vicinanza al centro città
Rispetto agli altri Ibis che ho frequentato: camera più esigua, bagno mcroscopico, prezzo molto più alto non giustificato dalla struttura.

Zeer vriendelijk onthaal en duidelijke info bij het inchecken i.v.m. het verblijf. We ontvingen een stadsplan en een infobrochure van de stad Gent wat we heel tof vonden. Het ontbijt was goed en zijn prijs waard!!
We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Ook een pluim voor het kamerpersoneel want die was telkens weer netjes.
