Shower water was cold in the morning. This is common these days in business hotels.

Parking, frame, bedroom (118) "Cold and wet" when I arrived. Morning noise from other residents (douche..) And especially no hot water for a bath in the morning. This hotel does not deserve 4 *!

Arrival at 21h with a baby and a ton of baggage: the night receptionist, while nice, let us go upstairs to our room by the stairs without help of mine. Room overlooking the street, not ideal but with a young child either. By cons, no remote in the room, the same receptionist I tu! the telephone before coming into the room note and tell me how to change the channels on television (no remote parts). The park, billed as private, is actually a parking poublic, located in a good 8 minute walk. The room is dirty about it (dust on the mantel, accumulated in the catch on the edges of the sink, tub and poorly cleaned with black borders around the handles). To top it all, we have water damage for a few minutes the equivalent of a vase of water through the ceiling moldings! It is close to 23h, as it stops we do not phoning reception. We complained to the receptionist by day, which could do nothing (200 euros for it!) And advised us to speak to the manager (absent, of course). In short: This hotel was a huge disappointment, and not at all at the height of a four or five stars! We regret having set foot.

Location is great.. BUT......

Claim of Air-conditioning but then refused to put it on - Could only turn on all rooms - not just 1!! Room was baking hot - were then told we could not open windows so slept with the door open. Dirty room - Contact lenses on the floor and dirt in bathroom. Very un-helpful staff. Young man on desk with no experience - no manager on duty. He could not help and was rude when trying to explain problems. No complaint form - was asked to just write it in the guestbook!!!!!

Everything. A nice place in a city that deserves to be seen.

A real loft! Unbelievable!

No more of the complementary breakfast buffet from 9:30 (10 hours end of breakfast)
