I liked the room,the location, dinner and breakfast. Did not stay long enough to have lunch.

Great location for convenaient transit. Great breakfast. Good quality room service food.
Too flat pillows. Need firm pillows as a choice. Bed seemed to have additional cushioning on top of mattress. But was too thick and too soft. Again possibly a personal choice but ruined my sleep...don't recall that type of issues in other Accor hotels.

Chose Sofitel due flight schedules - in and out of Gatwick. Staff very accommodating as we needed to leave a small suitcase with 'winter clothing' due to we were flying to Myanmar for a couple weeks and then returning for a few days in UK.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The check-in and check-out process was professional and quick. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable.

Comfortable rooms aqnd beds.
Disappointed the asian rstaurant was not open on a Sunday. We stopped over at the Sofitel on our last Gatwick flight and enjoyed the cuisine and that was part of the reason we chose this hotel again so we could have lunch befor our flight later that day. We ate outside th hotel

The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The bed for our daughter was a proper sized bed - sometimes when we get a child bed it is a small ´put you up´ bed and not suitable for a 10 year old child. Bathroom was spotless.
