The staff were very helpfull and friendly
We found the car park very expensive as we are disabled driver and passenger we could not park anywhere else

The room size was spacious and the food was surprisingly nice with a broad selection for breakfast.
A mix up at check in where the hand writing of the reception trainee led to a delay getting into our room, my husband needed to go back down the stairs from the 4th floor to reception, had we been an elderly couple it may have caused distress.
