All went well. Liked the convenience to the Airport.
Breakfast in the morning was very good with a wide range of foods.
Staff was very helpful.

Excellent location to North Terminal, decor and bedroom facilities were exceptionally good, extremely clean and comfortable. Choice of continental breakfast was very good, fresh and restaurant area very clean.
Only problem was that english breakfast was not available until 6a.m. and we had to be out of the hotel by 5.30 to be in time for our flight. Would be good if english breakfast was available earlier.

Check in was quick and I was asked if I had stayed before and when I said yes was only asked if there were any questions, rather than being taken through everything.

Location for either terminal at the airport is good.
Staff were friendly and on hand for advice if required.
Overall a good experience will use again.
Recommended.

I liked all the items marked 10 above. Excellent in every way. The staff were all outstandingly helpful and courteous. I wanted a second duvet - it arrived immediately; I was not confident about setting the alarm clock - this was done for me, also immediately. It was a pleasure to stay at the Hampton by Hilton.
The bar food was mediocre. Orange juice was botled; bottled water cost £3.50. The bar did not match the standard of the hotel.
