The rooms are so nice and clean and the food in the restaurant is amazing! I'm so happy I choose my stay at Best Western! They have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the shower, so if you forget yours no worries! The Staff was also very polite and helpful!

Most generous and least expensive quality breakfast we've had at a "chain" hotel, ever! Exceptionally clean, nice grounds. Housekeeping very nice and courteous. The desk personnel we interacted with were not quite on their game when it came to both the handling of guests OR making information clear. That said, we're pretty sure it is the best accommodation in the area. Solid lodgings and we will stay there again.

Great location
Forgot my ring on the counter top near the bathroom.
Received no call from Hotel advising of such.
Meet with unpleasant responses and attitude from receptionist over phone when inquring about ring to the extent that she cannot advise me when to expect a return call but just wait until housekeeping call me. I wonder if they will. However, restaurant staff was very pleasant.

The housekeeping staff was very helpful.
There were several problems with stay. There was no wire hookup in my room for the internet the houskeeping staff got one for me. The phone in my room didn't work at all. The bed was very uncomfortable. No reception for phones or computer in resturant! Deffinately not a five star hotel.

It is beautifully decorated. All comforts provided, including iron and ironing board and hair dryer. Room was close to parking lot. Staff was friendly and helpful; front desk staff less so than cleaners and wait staff.
The bathroom sink was child level, very hard on the back. On the other hand, the shower head was almost unreachable. The shower on/off mechanism was extremely hard to operate. Tub needed mat or some kind of nonslip material.
