Staff were helpful and polite. hotel ideally located, close to bus stop to travel to airport. bedroom was clean, quite, and bed was comfortable
Pillows- were more like cushions than pillows. design of sink- tap was in a really awkward place. although restaurant staff were polite and helpful, and the food was good, there was a long wait after ordering uintil food arrived (over an hour)

We arrived earlier than check in as we were leaving a rental car back - staff at reception very helpful in taking bags etc for us - later at dinner waiting staff very helpful and pleasant with small children - nice play area for children with no fuss etc - excellent meal for dinner / great breakfast good choice and again great staff
