Angenhmes, unkompliziertes Hotel.
Beim Frühstück konnte keiner die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten erklären. Klar wurde dann der höchstmögliche Preis berechnet. Das Personal am Empfang ist sehr unterschiedlich kundenorientiert. Wenn nicht eine Kolleging eingegriffen hätte, wäre lediglich ein 1 (sehr schlecht) bei der Bewertung.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

The extremly friendly staff. When I checked in the bellboy was busy so the girl who did the check in helped me to bring the luggage to my room.
The shuttle bus which is run by a company hired by Marriott hotel. The driver dropped me at the airport and left me there with all my suitcases not telling me where I can find a trolley. Also I had to cross the road which is not easy being alone with 3 pcs. of luggage.
