Top-class hotel in every respect

We felt very comfortable at the Frankfurter Hof and found the staff extremely helpful, particularly the concierge who spent time helping us organise day trips and providing us with S bahn timetable information, and always doing this in a very friendly manner.

Dear Madam, I am writing on the behalf of Mr Staykov, who stayed in the hotel for the period of 7th to 10th feb. Unfortunately his stay there was not that pleasant as we expected considering the rating of the hotel and its good reputation. Mr Staykov was checked in a pretty small room althought the reservation was for a deluxe room. Room's appearence was nothing like the pictures posted in Internet for this category of room. Mr Staykov understands that there can not be complete resemblance but at least the size and all furnitures in it have to respond to the advertised description and pictures. Please inform me why this has happened. Were there some problem with room availability and should not we be informed about it beforehand? We are looking forwaard for hearing from you.

We had an outstanding stay at the Hotel in Frakfurt

A lovely place to stay if you're doing business in Frankfurt. Very pleasant staff, very helpful, and the quality of the food is good. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to others.
