The train brought us to Frankfurt 4 hours earlier than hotel check in,however we were allowed to check in early. We enjoyed a nice lunch at the hotel and the room was lovely. Later in the evening we had a light dinner, dessert and milchkaffe at the hotel. All the staff were professional and friendly.

I only marked 7 on cleanliness because who ever cleaned or checked the room forgot to check the phone plug-in. I didn't realize that I had no phone service until next morning and therefor I missed a number of calls.

This was the second stay and it was excellent. The room was very comfortable and the staff excellent.
