Hair in bed, pool and sauna were to use only after 9 clock, although spa is open from 7 clock already, coffee for breakfast had to be appointed by me after more than 15 minutes explicitly, although the number of guests was manageable, I have 3 roses to 18:30 clock promised, came by 20 clock then 2!

The room was well-appointed, comfortable bed, nice view.
The pool was not open (contrary to the announcement on the website). The internet connection in the room did not work, or worked only sporadically. I was originally given a room with a bad odor, however, I moved to a different room immediately.
