This is a modern, convenient hotel with excellent facilities. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Despite its location in Cargo City Sud, its grounds are very pretty. Restaurant meals are slightly more expensive than elsewhere, but their quality and the hotel's free airport shuttle more than compensate for this.

Close to airport with a clearly marked free shuttle buses every half hour too and from the airport.

Good sound elimination with double glazed windows.

Good quality for the price.

Thank you for adding air conditioning. I've stayed at the hotel three other times this decade in the summer and it was sweltering.
You overcharge for internet in the lobby. When I made my reservation I saw that you had free wireless internet in the room, but found out at the hotel that was not the case. The staff did make it right which I appreciate, but free internet is the norm in the most smaller chains in America. The one thing I didn't like was the bedding. Add some extra pillows please. One pillow on a king size bed is not enough.

The hotel is nice, I was only disappointed in that although I had asked for a non-smoking room, the room my husband and I were assigned had a really strong cigarette smell, to the point of being bothersome.

It is very conveniently located.
The strong cigarette smell in my room, which was supposed to be a non-smoking room.
