Check in and check out were very smooth. Staff at the reception, with whom we dealt, were welcoming and helpful. Hotel is situated in a very nice location, overlooking the Main, and is within 5 minutes' walk of the main station.
Disappointed that tea and coffee bags, along with an electric kettle, were not provided in our rooms. While the breakfast itself was fine, it was a pity that there was not one single space where people could sit and eat their breakfast. As a result, the arrangements meant that it was easy to bump into other guests on the way to or from the food.

Mostly the location. It is located on the bank of the river Main and a fifteen minute walk from the city center. A pity the weather during our stay was bad.
The room was a very small corner room.

Personeel is correct. Kamer is schoon, klein, maar, zoals altijd bij Ibis, heel doelmatig en plezierig ingericht. De bedden prima. Goede verlichting, ook om in bed te lezen. Het was er over het algemeen heel stil. De ligging is goed ten opzichte van het station, de loopafstand tot het centrum is vrij groot, maar te doen. Ligging t.o.v. de museumwijk is goed. Over het ontbijt of andere faciliteiten kunnen we niet oordelen, want daar hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt.
De kwaliteit van de handdoeken zou duidelijk beter kunnen.
