A minha estadia foi de curta duração mas não notei grandes constrangimentos, a não ser alguma incompreensão a chegada.
Não gostei da forma como fui acolhido pois, a recepcionista depois de eu lhe ter entregue o meu passaporte e o número da reserva disse-me que a reserva não tinha sido feita naquele hotel. Depois de várias insistências é que ela apercebeu-se que a consulta estava a ser feita no repertório de reservas que ainda não tinham sido pagas. Por outro lado, fez-se uma confusão entre o nome e o sobrenome. Ora, quando fiz a reserva estava tudo claro.
Depois desta confusão toda, a recepcionista nem sequer se desculpou pelo lapso.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in 5-10 Minuten ist man am Hauptbahnhof. Wenn man das Glück hat wie ich, daß das Zimmer nach hinten raus geht (Innenhof) , ist es auch ruhig und man kann (untypisch für FFM Innenstadt) bei offenem Fenster schlafen.
Das Zimmer war oberflächlich sauber, aber bei genauerem Hinsehen war die TV-Fernbedienung stark verdreckt, ebenso die Halterungen für das Duschbad/Seife.
Leider hatte ich mein Ladekabel für´s Handy samt Stecker liegen lassen. Bis heute jedoch keine Nachricht/E-Mail, ob sie mir das zuschicken sollen. Zweimal telefonisch versucht, das Hotel zu erreichen (am gleichen Tag am frühen Nachmittag), keiner ging ans Telefon.
Die Toilette ist in dem engen Bad sehr ungünstig gelegen, große Menschen hätten damit Platzprobleme.

The room and bathroom were quite small with non-convenient dislocation of furniture and water in the shower was running through the gaps of shower walls. We had to wipe it every time after taking shower.
