First and foremost, I would to say, the breakfast captain, Christian, must be commended, he was delightful - personable, friendly, helpful. The room was good size, beds comfortable and clean. The free minibar was a pleasant surprise, although we were not able to enjoy much since we were out a lot.
The check-in staff were not well informed. When asked about things, e.g. the book fair, knew nothing, not even about the morning shuttle which was available, was not able to provide any information about distance or transport. No baggage assistance as well. Internet facilities were slow and not functional. Price is ok except for the timing, book fair premium.

Excellent breakfast.
No internet and no printerat the lobby. You can get a laptop at the reception but still there is no printer.

I felt very well because the staff at the hotel was very very nice and were always very helpful.
I was very disappointed that there's room was not very clean, I had to eckeln because the door to the bathroom was very dirty and the rest of the room not so super clean. When I saw the hotel from the outside when we arrived, I was very disappointed because it looks like a cheap hotel for me and not what I expected when I see the "normal" prices. In addition, there were repairs to the kitchen, so I had to drill the clock to 19:00 fortuitous, although I was told it was only be so until 18:00 clock. They might have to draw attention to something like in the reservation.

Good value for money, and a nice stay close to Frankfurt! You need a car though to be fully operational... Otherwise very pleasant surroundings and wonderful staff!
