Staff!!! Without doubt these are excellent professionals! Breakfasts are fantastic. Hotel is clean and well located.
I am travel professional with more than 30 years experience and have traveled a LOT. Even though my booking was made for dates that coincided with 4 major international events in Frankfurt I would not expect to have a room of a hermit cell size, sorry, at the price I paid. I would certainly recommend this hotel but make sure you do not get the room I had :(

So close to station, after long flight from Australia most welcome. Understated ambience speaks for itself. Staff were very professional/attentive, rooms for both stays were great standard. Breakfast excellent, catered for our food requirements, we enjoyed our stay, would stay again.
Given we like to look at the city, it would have assisted us if we could have had advance warning about some of the seedier streets coming back from the city centre. We like to look at the city by foot, and were confronted by drug use in one of the streets approaching the hotel. Certainly not a criticism of the hotel, perhaps a little map or advice for older guests at the time of stay to go this way or that into the city. Our experience would not deter us from staying at the Concorde again.
