Very good location, beautiful view from the roof garden and small pool of clean, with few exceptions, very friendly and competent all-round.

The hotel has given me very much. The location is very good. Small Restriction: The current construction of the hotel is sometimes a bit loud.

An excellent hotel. Room was large, airy and maintained to a good standard. The renovation of Piazza Santa Maria Novello directly outside the hotel is not ideal, but didn't cause any noise problems for us. The fixed price tasting menu at the hotel restaurant (45euro including wine with every course) is worth a try and was a welcome relief from the seemingly over-salted meals we had at other restaurants etc.

The hotel was a wonderful find. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The locationis perfect to be able to walk everywhere. We had a wonderful experience at this hotel.
