Main reason for choosing Sheraton Milan Malpensa Airport Hotel & Conference Center: Location
We arrived midafternoon after the restaurant closed. We were very pleased to discover that we could eat in the bar which offered hot and cold meals. We had excellent service.
Sometime during the night the hotel lost all electricity. We had to rise early to get a flight and it was freezing. We fumbled around getting dressed in the dark and cold. By the time we were ready to leave the hall lights were on and we were able to get coffe and breakfast but it was a miserable experience.

Reception staff were very friendly.
Not reported to me that the hotel was not ready, there were only a few rooms ready rest was hotel scaffolding. In addition, the bar and restaurant service staff as well as pathetic bad food. Elevators were broken several teething problems of a new hotel. I wish that this is not gemeldt with book possibilities.
