This was a charming place in an idyllic setting. Our room was in another location in the village and was very modern and quiet. The restaurant was exceptionally good.

Nice hotel. We opted for a higher priced luxury room, which was well worth it. The room was clean, complete with all basic comforts you could ask for and a very nice bathroom with a wonderful relaxing steambath/massage shower. Esch-sur-Sure is a nice town, although there is not an awful lot to do. It is a nice 'home base' to plan different day trips to the wonderful countryside and other towns nearby.

Good comfort, nice location in a nice town, good quality food, clean, the bathroom with the steambath was very comfortable and relaxing.
Although the lower staff (waiters/waitresses) was friendly, the higher staff was not so friendly, especially not to their own personnel. It might have been a coincindence each time, but there were several times when we frowned upon the way they treated their own personnel.
