The location is perfect for the o2 & for shopping in the city centre. Mayor square luas stop is directly behind the hotel. This is great to go to the city centre, the central bus station and Hueston Train station. The staff were excellent great help and very friendly. The hotel has a very relaxing atsmophere.

It was a perfect location for the luas to take us into the city and then was in walking distance from the o2
Absolutely crazy that no.1 there were no parking spaces left at 3 o clock in the hotel car park. seems they have 30 spaces for 180 rooms. Just doensnt add up. We had to drive round in search of parking. Also there wasnt a decent lounge/bar. just the lobby bar which was packed and cold cos it beside the door.

The bathroom was spotless and the staff were more than helpful.location was ideal with regard to the 02 so over all my stay was enjoyable.

It was very well located as we were attending concert in the O2. Would not hesitate to stay there again for the same reason.
Rooms were a bit hot that is my only problem and we had the heat off.

It was a very pleasant stay but two things that was very inconvenient was the location of you car park facilities and lack of sign posts to it and also you really need to make the addition of a few more Elevators two is not sufficent enough for a six story hotel otherwise everything else was perfect!!
