The Metro Hotel Dublin Airport

Ease of access and ability to get to town center by using one bus only.

The comforter on the king size bed was too small and not comfy.

Everything was great! Even the driver of the shuttle bus was warm and friendly, a great welcome to Dublin. I'm recommending this hotel to all my friends as great value.

Perhaps a cup of coffee & slice of toast could be made available to customers before leaving for airport on the 4am shuttle.

Poor service in Restaurant. No free WiFi access

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Choices in the restaurant were poor.

In our room 217, we could not shut off the heat. The staff was very courteous and offered to move us, but we decided it was too late to do so. We received a discount on the room the next morning. That was a nice gesture. That room was very hot all night as a result, even though we opened the windows Bob Shaffrey

Welcoming and helpful staff, good and safe carparking facilities, efficient shuttle to and from airport.

Location is grim, but relatively convenient to the airport - about a ten minute shuttle ride.

It is close to IKEA

There were only two face-cloth sized towels in the bathroom. A buffet breakfast was advertised but the breakfast wasn't served until 8am which is far too late for anyone taking an early morning flight from Dublin Airport. The worst thing was that a free shuttle to and from the airport was advertised in the Eurobookers website. The shuttle is intermittant (I had to phone the hotel) and they charged me for the "free" shuttle. I felt cheated and told the staff so. To their credit, they apologised and told me they were getting constant complaints from guests because of this management scam. Will stay elsewhere in future.

Receptionist - welcoming & listened to enquiries. Room very comfortable & clean. Tea/coffee etc very welcome next morning when there was no time for breakfast. Evening meal fine - reasonable price. We stayed there the day of arrival to Dublin and the night before departing Ireland. Shuttle van to and from was very convenient. That's one reason we chose this hotel. We were very pleased that we were allowed to check-in early on our arrival day after a long day of traveling. We enjoyed being able to access the bus system easily to get downtown Dublin the day before leaving.
