The hotel was difficult to find owing to its situation behind a garage on the extremely busy dual carriageway and the added disadvantage of the recommended M50 exit junction being closed on the day we arrived meant the hotel directions were of no use and we went miles out of our way and became completely lost until some helpful locals in an Aldi carpark came to our rescue! Thank goodness it wasn't dark. The hotel's public areas are very modern and clean but economies have been made in the rooms. The furniture is of basic quality and the bed hard. The breakfast choice was excellent. Mid-morning coffee was expensive - 6.50 euro for two cups. The location is nearly a mile from the Red Cow LUAS station and took us 25 minutes to walk along the very busy road and over a temporary bridge in the middle of horrendous roadworks. The hotel information infers it is close "by the Luas stop". Unfortunately the hotel information or staff on duty didn't tell us that there is a Park and Ride at the Luas stop, only that the hotel operates a taxi service (2.5 euro each way). After the long and tiring return walk from the station, we mentioned the omission of this important information during our conversation about the Luas station on arrival. The receptionist said she didn't know we had a car, although at the time, she had just taken down our car registration!! Once on the Luas it is highly efficient and a good way to get in and out of Dublin city centre for only 3.8 euro return. This hotel is OK once you know where it is (and ask for a quiet room away from the road) but its location and the quality of the mattresses let it down.

Very new, modern hotel. Staff were not always able to give information (eg Busabfahrtzeiten, Bus to the airport). Bar was very nice but replaceable (no Irish accents) in the bar staff was very nice.

Great location and value for money. Breakfast was excellent. I did request a room near a lift but they didnt put that on the booking however, if when I said it they were able to provide me with a room.

Stunning room with HD LCD TV and large double bed, fully fitted to high standards with nice decor. A power shower is fitted into the bathrooms and they provide free access to the internet from anywhere within the hotel. Food is great and the highly recommended Joels restaurant is right next door which is very reasonably priced. Overall, a great place to stay with easy access into the city centre via car or by the Luas (tram system) just a short walk away.
