The dinner in the restaurant was absolutely lovely.
Mark our waiter could not have been more helpful and patient.

Helpful staff. Good for the price.
Not in a great location for walking to shops. Vending machine was broken so snacks hard to come by.

I liked nearly everything, it was a great hotel.
It's only a small thing, but 3 of us stayed in a family room and there was only enough towels for two people, we were booked in for three people so we thought they would have supplied the room with more towels. Just a small thing really.

Greeted very efficienlty on arrival - got the particualr room type I requested. Rooms quite spacious.
Not particularly - as I only stayed 1 night I cannot comments about the full HOtel and its services.
