I had thought there was a 24hour courtesy bus to the airport and was very disappointed to discover that that was not the case. Other than that we had a thoroughly enjoyable night and would stay again.

Clean comfortable room, nice lighting. Easy to get to with free shuttle from airport, though we just missed one so had to wait another half hour. Good range of food for continental breakfast. Close to bus stops to city centre.
We booked a double room but were given a twin, and because we arrived so late we were too tired to complain so had to stay with it. And when we told the lady on reception the next morning she didn't believe us that it was a twin room! She was going to phone housekeeper to check but we didn't want to waste more time as we only had one day to spend in Dublin.

Staff seemed as though they had never been to the airport. Hence directions were vague and incomplete.

Excellent location for anyone flying into or out of Dublin. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Shuttle service was great. The parklike setting was unexpected and very pleasant.

The hotel in this room far exceeded my expectations. The staff was courteous and the bus stop is only a few short walk to take it to the downtown area.. Temple Bar is only a short 15 minute ride...

A very bad reception (not solved the reservation, resumed CB) - waiting 30 minutes for our room. Poor soundproofing
