Good location (tram stop in 250m), very helpful and friendly staff, free Wi-Fi and sauna
The beds were a bit "old" and too soft for my taste

Absolutely nothing. I must say the staff were very good and prompt at requested services.
The hotel is miles away from town centre. Definitely not for a family. No complimentary coffee or kettle in room. Room service coffee ( luke warm cup of coffee )costs 5 Euros.40. Not good value for money after spending 21 Euros for a night meal at hotel restaurant. Tram is available at about 200 ft from hotel. Each trip to centre costs 2 Euros. Taxi to centre costs 10 euros. In my opinion the room should cost no more than 35 Euros a night. I paid without breakfast.

Very good in all aspects...the rooms were large and spacious... the beds were comfortable so I slept well during my stay and there was a great choice of food for breakfast.
I was particularly impressed that on my arrival the receptionist noticed it was my birthday and organised a complimentary bottle of wine to be sent to my room- thankyou!!
