Nothing.
That the hotel was closed. We had this hotel booked through your site. By taxi from Dalaman airport to Dalaman Park Hotel altos bring. Close. No alternative. With taxi drove around to another place. So very poorly regulated.

My husband and myself were not very impressed by the fact that we had been told that there was nowhere to park as we had been told that there was ample parking spaces. Due to the fact that wedid not know how to get into the hotel we spent ages finding how to get in. Then we had to find the car park in the area and then to have to pay for overnight parking. I do think we could have been informed about this.
On our homeward journey we stayed at the Campanile Hotel in Reims which we really enjoyed.

Convenient location to the railway station. Very clean room and comfortable. Restaurant food was good.

Very friendly staff
Not the hotel's fault, but there was major disruption in the city from road works. However the hotel had worked hard to make sure that it was well signposted.
