Nice room very quiet. Staff pleasant
The only thing was arriving by train. I had rung a few days before to check whether there were taxis available from Greenhithe station. There were none there. As a woman travelling alone this was not good information. I should have been told to ring the hotel and they would send a taxi out. As it was I was able to ring the hotel and staff on reception arranged for Crayford Cars to come and they arrived within 10 mins.

All very clean and staff very efficient. Also, asked for a certain floor level and managed to get the area I requested - thank you
Although had a reduced rate of parking, I thought it would have been within the price of my stay!!

Restuarant is excellent, great staff who cannot do enough for you.
Being so close to the M25 Dartford crossing you would think it would suffer from traffice noise, not so, they have triple galzing with the inner glass over 100mm from the double galzed out glass. The result, no noise, at all !

The location. Is excellent for onward journey via Ebbsfleet international. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Bar food was very good as was service.

The rooms were huge. very impressed. Had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was excellant
The evening buffet was not very nice.
