Mainly the location, close to Gatwick. Always convenient and close to a restaurant.
The staff were a little bit distracted by the bar and the TV.

I was most impressed with all the facilities including breakfast. I would point out that the curtain in Room 304 was difficult to draw as it was not securely on the hooks. Apart from that the stay was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

The parking was good, and the proximity to the Harvester was very helpful for our evening meal. Staff were helpful when asked to change bedrooms and were happy make up the sofa bed.
Unfortunately the sofa bed in my son's room was to sleep in the mattress was discoloured and soiled and we had to swap rooms as the sofa bed was in better condition. It may be prudent to look at changing the sofa beds which are in a poor condition. One last minor request could there be bacon served at breakfast as well as sausages please.

The helpfulness of the staff was so appreciated. A very relaxed atmosphere here adds to the comfort of the stay. Nothing ws too much trouble.
The included breakfast was appreciated although a little boring after a few days with the cooked section. All in all we enjoyed the stay and due to our stay being for a funeral we were given every consideration. We would certainly stay again.
