The Montenotte Hotel

Everything. The staff were polite and totally accommodating from front desk to cleaning and restaurant staff. Breakfast was great and so close to everything where we were ( Cork, Ireland ). The service was impeccable and I thank them very much.

Absolutely nothing. A lovely hotel experience.

They accommodated our late arrival and offered wine to the room.

There seemed to be limited selection of King bed room with a nice layout and view as requested. We had a building right outside our window, so it was not great for sitting and looking out to either the city or a green distance landscape.

Room location, found it difficult to find, signage and lift caused confussion.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.

He should know: The information including the addresses you provide is vague and insufficient. When the staff did not smile, it is invariably because the atmosphere created by its management is poor and the staff is not happy.

We stayed for two nights at the Montenotte and we were very pleased. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. We cannot sing enough praises for their staff. Any time we asked for directions or recommendations they went above and beyond to help out. It was not the most convenient location if you want to walk into town and back because of the hill it is located on. However, we walked into town and then hailed a cab for a few euros for the return. It would have cost more for parking to drive in. The food was fantastic. We could hardly believe how little the rooms cost for what we got. I would surely return and recommend it to others.
